If you're a high school & junior high age looking for a true development program this program covers it all. The primary focus is to help your lock in a sustainable routine that ensures you will continue to improve without any plateaus. We achieve this by following a developmental progression, where you will build on certain concepts on court & in the weight room. Attendance is extremely important to see the full benefits of the program!

Junior High - Friday @ 6pm - 715pm, Saturday & Sunday @330pm - 445pm
Highschool - Fiday @ 715pm - 830pm, Saturday & Sunday 445pm - 6pm
1.15 minutes of on court development
