Fall Highschool Prep Program
Failing to prepare is preparing to fail.
This program is designed specifically for High School basketball players regardless of what your goals are. If you want to make the team, compete for a starting position or become a top player in the city it doesn't matter the work is all the same. Over roughly 3 months we will guide through a detailed progression program that will have you at you absolute peak to start the season.
1. Two 90 minutes sessions per week. 45 mins on court 45mins strength and conditioning
2. Full court scrimmage day once a week.

Early group 5pm- 630pm
