KATHERINE PLOUFFE

Hailing from Alberta Katherine's basketball journey began with a standout high school career before earning a scholarship to Marquette University, where she became a collegiate star. After graduating in 2014, she embarked on a successful professional career across Europe, showcasing her talents in top leagues in France and Germany. As a key player for Canada's women's National Basketball team, Katherine represented her country at the 2016 Rio Olympics and contributed to multiple FIBA Women's Ameri Cup medals. In 2023 Katherine helped Canada to five wins on the FIBA 3x3 womens series. To Start the 2024 season Katherine was named MVP of the FIBA 3x3 women's series opener, she then earned MVP honours at FIBA 3x3 Olympic Qualifying tournament. Where Canada finished 3rd to earn its first ever Olympic berth in 3x3 basketball.

1.5 hours on courts skill development, working on shooting, in game scenarios and compete periods

STRENGTH & CONDITIONING

1 hour basketball specific fitness training with a focus on strength, speed & elevating your overall athleticism!

30 mins Group Discussion - teamwork, communication, leadership, mindset, resilience, physical health & nutrition
